About Me
About Me

"I’ve spent much of my career working alongside senior executives, founders and decision-makers in high-pressure environments, where responsibility quietly expands, pressure becomes normalised, and boundaries
begin to erode."

I've seen this from the inside

I’m Vikki, the Founder of The Clarity Club®

I spent over 15 years working as a Personal Assistant alongside senior executives, founders and decision-makers in demanding, high-pressure environments.

Being close to the centre of fast-moving organisations gave me a front-row view of how capable people absorb increasing responsibility, often without clear pauses, boundaries, or space to reflect.

In these roles, I saw how conscientious professionals continue to perform while pressure gradually becomes normalised. Long hours, constant availability and competing priorities are rarely questioned, until capacity begins to narrow and clarity fades.

As a mother of two, I also understand the reality of responsibility that doesn’t switch off.

Competing demands, limited recovery time and the expectation to keep going are familiar to many professionals carrying responsibility across work, business, family and personal life.

In the past, I experienced burnout. Not because I lacked capability, but because sustained pressure

was left unexamined and demand quietly exceeded my capacity over time.

That experience, combined with my professional background, shapes the work I do now. Helping individuals and organisations notice pressure earlier, create space to think clearly, and recalibrate how they operate before pressure becomes unsustainable.

This is about creating space to pause, notice and recalibrate. Regaining clarity, working within your capacity and making intentional choices under pressure.

Professional Background & Credentials

Alongside lived experience, my work is grounded in professional training and ethical practice.

I believe people and organisations operating under pressure deserve thoughtful, well-held spaces that recognise the complexity of what they are carrying.

My professional training includes:

  • Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner
  • Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach
  • International Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Leadership Development, Level 7
  • A holder of a Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems, NCFE CACHE Level 2

I am also a Professional member of:

  • Association of Coaching (AC)
  • The Association for NLP (ANLP)

My background as a Personal Assistant means confidentiality, trust,

discretion and reliability are second nature to me. Qualities that are essential

when creating space for professionals and organisations navigating pressure, complexity

and responsibility.

How I Work

I work as a thinking partner, creating space for professionals and organisations to gain clarity and see what is often hidden in plain sight.

Together, we uncover what is driving the pressure, where capacity is being stretched, and which patterns are shaping the way you operate.

From there, the work becomes practical: noticing where autopilot has become the default, recalibrating how you are operating under sustained pressure, and creating intentional ways of working within your capacity.

Brainz Magazine

Executive Contributor

I am an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, where I write articles through a leadership lens on pressure, capacity and the work-culture patterns that quietly shape how people operate, perform and lead.

My writing explores how sustained pressure becomes normalised, why clarity narrows under demand, and how recalibration can support more intentional and sustainable ways of working.
